Curated Wine Selection

A cellar built around small independent producers, with a by-the-glass list chosen to pair naturally with the current dining menu.

What Our Guests Say

We stayed two nights for a wedding anniversary and the room overlooking the garden was exactly the quiet spot we wanted. Dinner by the fire on the second night was the highlight, honestly better than the wedding itself.
Priya Anand Guest celebrating an anniversary
Booked the private dining room for my father's 70th, fourteen of us. The staff handled the seating and timing without us having to chase anything, and the lamb dish went down well with everyone including the fussy ones.
Marcus Webb Organiser of a family celebration
Spent an hour in the gaming lounge after dinner, just a couple of hands of blackjack with friends before heading up to our room. Nice change of pace from the usual hotel bar, felt properly done rather than an afterthought.

Can Fernwick Rest accommodate large group bookings?

Yes, our private dining rooms comfortably seat groups from 10 to 40 guests. We suggest contacting us at least two weeks ahead so we can confirm the room and discuss menu options.
